COFFEE MARSALA
Ingredients:
· 3 cups water
· 3 cups milk
· 5 cardamom pods
· 1 cinnamon stick
· 6 tablespoons ground coffee
· 3 ounces PUNCH ABRUZZO
Directions:
1. Combine water and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil
2. Add cardamom pods, cinnamon and ground coffee to boiling liquid
3. Boil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally
4. Strain into a second pan or heat resistant carafe
5. Add Punch Abruzzo and serve immediately
6. To reduce/eliminate alcohol content, add Punch Abruzzo with spices to boiling liquid.
