Tiramisu Shot

The intention of this drink is to make a shot that was flavored to resemble a liquid version of the tiramisu desert as served at Bruno’s Ristorante in Cleveland, Ohio.  While the cocoa powder is listed as a garnish, it is important for the overall flavor – Hint: Don’t breath in while drinking or you will choke on the powder!  This will make about three, one ounce shots.

Ingredients:

·         1 ounce heavy whipping cream

·         1 ounce espresso (cold)

·         ½ ounce Frangelico liquor

·         1 ounce PUNCH ABRUZZO

·  Cocoa powder for garnish

Directions:

In a shaker, mix the espresso, Frangelico and Punch Abruzzo.  Pour into three tall shot glasses.  Carefully pour the cream over top.  You can use the back of a spoon to attempt to layer the cream on top.  Garnish with a healthy sprinkle of cocoa powder and serve immediately.
